"Well," he began, "I think we should stay together an-" but he was then interrupted by an onslaught of German slurs and explosions hurtling over to the brothers rather hastily. "Uhh, well, what are we supposed to do?" Cuphead muttered, as Mugman thought quickly. They watched everything quietly, before Cuphead dramatically turned around, not changing expression, and started walking the other direction, before Mugman grabbed ahold of him again and brought him back.
The brothers stood there blankly, as if they were being hit with a wave of disbelief, yet, something about them made them expect this.
It was like a war zone in the making, with buildings either on fire or completely obliterated, explosions could be heard in the distance, left and right, smoke permeating the atmosphere, so on and so forth. When they stepped foot into isle three, it in fact, wasn't any better. "Come on," he continued, "let's go to isle three, it's probably better there." Without hesitation, Mugman grabbed ahold of Cuphead's handle and began dragging him to isle three, with the feeling of regret and fear crawling up and down their spines. "I guess being a side character doesn't really suck after all," he retorted quietly, as Cuphead gave him a face of disdain. ".That son of a gon took my money!" He began, putting the empty wallet back in his pocket, "why doesn't anyone ever target you?" Mugman scoffed. Cuphead swiveled around and peered into the wallet for a second before turning towards Mugman again. "Uhh, isn't that your wallet over there?" He asked, pointing to the wallet that Grim left behind. "That son of a gon took my wallet!" He hissed, as Mugman looked over his shoulder. Eventually, Grim did bring him back to the ground, and when he did, Cuphead just gave Mugman a riled expression. From there, it was difficult to make out what was happening from a lower level, but it seemed as though Cuphead was trying to shoot Grim in the face, but it was unmistakably clear that he was quite rusty with his aim, since he kept missing a majority of Grim's face most of the time (insert game grumps reference). Eventually, him got close enough to be able to scoop Cuphead off the ground with his stubby little dragon talons, then soared up and onto the tower. PLEASE DO NOT USE MY ART WITHOUT MY PERMISSIONĪs Cuphead took off around the isle, Grim was right behind him, flying relatively close to the ground and gaining momentum. The third part will be to wrap the story up. I might make a part three to this, but it won't be for the challenge exactly. *cough* #day17 *cough* *ack* #7deadlychallenge *cough* THIS POST MIGHT INCLUDE MILD LANGUAGE AND FAIRLY SENSUAL THINGS
